Order Fulfillment and Shipping

AIYÊ pieces are handcrafted and finished with care. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipments. As the items are made to order, exact dates cannot be provided due to the nature of our process.

Order information will be sent to each customer via email. All orders are shipped by way of a third-party service. Once an item ships from our office to the customer address AIYÊ is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of products. All orders will be given a tracking number. Customers are responsible for the tracking of their shipment, as well as for any duties and tax fees applied.

Item Returns

As each piece is made to order, please be mindful of this when purchasing. We are more than happy to answer any inquires regarding products prior to an order being placed.

All return requests must be done within 24 hours of the delivery date. Return items must be in their original condition including tags and packaging. If an item is deemed unsellable by company standards, a return will not be issued.

Only full priced items are eligible for a return. A twenty percent restocking fee will be applied to all returns. AIYÊ is not responsible for the return shipping costs, duties, or loss/damage of these items.

Product Care

The Capim used in all AIYÊ products is made of a unique material native only to the Jalapão region of Brazil. In order to maintain the natural luster of the straw avoid getting the pieces wet. An over excess of moisture to the piece can alter the colour and sheen of the product.
